Geo-cluster and Double-Take

My company is looking at both, DR Hot-site creation and centralizing email. We’re currently on Exch2k3 and Outlook XP. A method I’m thinking of using to validate, whether or not, email centralization is possible, is to setup a Geo-cluster using NSI Geo-clustering solution. Is anyone familiar with this product? Has anyone centralized their email infrastructure?
