Get file information

I need to get a range of files by date, by example

This are my files:
Mar 13 12:12 File_1
Mar 13 12:12 File_2
Mar 13 12:12 File_3
Mar 12 12:12 File_4
Mar 12 12:12 File_5
Mar 11 12:12 File_6
Mar 11 12:12 File_7

with a unix ls command a need to get the files with range between Mar 11 to Mar 12, and I need to exclude the files with the following range Mar 13.

Or get files with range between Mar 11 to Mar 12 taking the actual date less 1 day.
