Groupwise, Add a 2nd Email domain name

Groupwise 6.5.1
I need to add an additional new 2nd Email domain name to One of the Post offices. Assuming I get the MX Records set correctly with the ISP, What do I need to configure on the GWIA and PO so that we get email on the new name?
