GroupWise and Outlook

I am using Outlook 2000 to receive my Groupwise messages. When I receive an email message in Outlook from 2 addresses, the text portion of the message is BLANK. If I log on to another computer that has GroupWise installed, I can get those messagesand see the text. I have changed the message send from Plain Text to HTML and to Microsoft Outlook Rich text in the Mail Format section under Tools/Options. Still I can not see the Text in Outlook. I can see text messages from everyone else but 2email address. I have installed, uninstall, reinstall GroupWise and its Added plug in for Outlook. Still no luck. Any suggestions?
