GroupWise WebAccess

Trying to configure GroupWise WebAccess 6.5 on a Windows 2000 server. The server has IIS. After installation is complete, I get the GroupWise login page, but when I try to log in, I get:

Invalid or missing cookie(s). Your administrator requires that cookies be used to secure your session. Please contact your administrator if you need further assistance.

The url I type in to get to the login page is:

http://SERVER_IP_ADDRESS/servlet/webacc

Once I put my login ID and password in the path changes to:

http://SERVER_IP_ADDRESS/JRunScripts/jrun.dll/servlet/webacc
