Has anyone able to connect Outlook from outside of firewall?

Hi,

I am being struggling this problem for last few days, and wonder if someone can help me with.

– Users want to access Exchange from home. I have configured the static port on Exchange server based from Article ID : 270836 and configured static communication ports in Outlook 2003. In addition, I also configured the Firewall to allow those 3 ports through. But Outlook still unable to connect to Exchange.

Does anybody have any suggestion? Thank very much in advanced
