Has anyone installed Cerberus Helpdesk?

I am trying to install Cerberus Helpdesk on a mandrake 8.2 box. Everything works except the MTA.
I can’t figure out what to do with it. I already have sendmail in my domain, so I need to forward from there to the new one (internel) and then get itfrom the new MTA to the parser.
