hash marks in free/busy times

Outlook 2000 SR-1 -inviting others to a meeting. We are getting hash marks starting on Jan 1, 2003. We try to set up a meeting for Feb 3rd. We have published for 6 months. We are selecting the names from the global address book

Can you tell me how to get rid of the hash marks and display free/busy times
