Header/Footer Problems in Word 2000

Hello…

I tried inserting a ‘Page X of Y’ field into the footer of my Word Document. It looks fine on the screen, displaying Page 1 of 5, Page 2 of 5, and so on. But on my printout it displays Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, and so on.

What is myproblem here? Please help. I couldn’t find any answers on the Microsoft site.
