Headers in Excel

Hi is it possible to make a type of header in Excel that is permanent and whose cell sizes can’t be altered? For example, lets say I want to make a header on the top of the page that says “MY Company”. Can I then change the size (i.e. width)of the cells that are below the header without changing the size of the cells within my header? I’m not sure if this would be considered a header or a template or what. I hope I’ve explained this clearly
