Help Creating Hierarchical Tables

I need some help creating Hierarchical Tables. I need to set up Parent-Child relationships as follow
1. “Status” should return “Active”, “Inactive”, “Obsolete”
2. “Title” should return “Mr”, “Mrs”, “Ms”, “Prof”, “Dr” etc.

There are currently over 20 scenarios which I need to cater for and I need to be able to perform the normal table actions i.e. Insert, Delete, Add, Update
