Help me in retrieving deleted entries

First of all, I don’t know whether this question fits into this forum, but I am still asking it anyway.

Somehow, someone (am unable to find who or what as I frequently change my password) has managed to delete a lot of entries from my Yahoo address book. Has anyone ever faced such a problem and had it restored? It’s going to be a real pain in entering this data all over again.
