Help, my companies email is showing up as spam/junk mail.

Hi, i recently setup sbs 2003. Everything is working fine with Exchange, but I’ve noticed that when we send mail to external mail domains, such as Gmail, our emails are showing up as spam/junk. I’m a newb to exchange, so i’m not sure what the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
