Help needed for Microsoft Access 97

Hi,

1) I have a primary key whose datatype is autonumber. Is there any way I can format it to something like “cust00001” instead of just “1”?

2) Is Microsoft Access 97 able to handle multiple entries into a field. If it could be done, how?
