Help With an Excel Formula

I have created a spreadsheet for our little league baseball stats. I have different worksheets for each team (18 worksheets for 18 teams). I am trying to set up one of the Worksheets to have the league leaders in each category (i.e. home runs, hits, strikeouts, etc.) Is there a possible way for a formula to pull this data automatically off the worksheets and put in on the league leaders worksheet? If there is could you plase let me know
