Hotmail sign-in

I set up two Compaq Armada M700s side by side. Both have identical software installed on them. When one user tried to access her hotmail account on her PC, it cannot find the page. When she goes to the other laptop (same office), she can sign in just fine. No security settings were changed and all have the same service packs on them.
