How do I add automatic score keeping in Powerpoint?

I am currently teaching English in China to about 2700 Students. I have found some decent powerpoint game templates on the web, but none of them keep score or have automatic scorekeeping. If antone can give me some help in how to add this to a powerpoint game and where to put the code I would really br grateful.
