My company has been sending email brochures to selected customers. I do this by simply mass mailing. I include in the message that I will delete the address from our list should the customer not wish to receive these brochures. Then when the customer emails back to be removed, I do so.
Sometimes however, the email address they reply from is not in the list of addresses I mailed to. Hence trying to find the original address to remove it becomes impossible. Further contact with the customer trying to determine the original address never seems to work.
Is there someway to find this address? Is their ISP forwarding, etc. Or is there a program that I could use, which would include in the email message, a link that would automatically remove the address from the mail-out list?
Alot of our customers want to get this weekly mailing – however, some do not.
Thank you.
