How do I find the REAL product key for my Microsoft Office SP2?

I bought my laptop from Dell half a year ago and it came with a trial version of Microsoft Office SP2. It ended up crashing two months ago after I downloaded an official Dell update nd I sent it in to Dell to get fixed. Now that it came back, my Microsoft Office SP2 trial has expired and I can’t convert it. I’ve moved out of state and don’t have any idea where my old CD/envelope code is.

All the programs I have found on this post give me the same ProductKey which does not work. I’ve done some research and found out that my Microsoft Office SP2 Product Key that is listed is just the one from my manufacturer (Dell) and not mine, so how can I find the Product Key which is ACTUALLY mine or change mine to something that will work?

Please please please help me out on this one…
