How do I get out??

Hello, I have a friend and he goes to college and at his college they have blocked all access to outgoing ports except port 80, for web page access. I was wondering if there was any way to reroute all information through other programs that use different ports to go out port 80???
Any help would be greatly appreciated…Thank you.
