How to add Yahoo mail in IE options?

Whenever I click on an email link in IE it always opens up Outlook Express. I wanted to change that to Yahoo mail. I went into IE Options, Programs but in the email dropbox the only options available were Hotmail, Outlook Express and Outlook.

Can I add Yahoo Mail as the default option?
