How to Clean out old Saved Favorites in MSIE6 bookmark file

Does anyone know of any software to help clean out the bad urls in my saved Favorites in my MSIE6 bookmark file? Over time I have bookmarked hundreds of old links, and would like to find software capable of quickly checking every one for activity and automatically removing the outdated ones.
