How to copy Quicken 2004 Data?

User’s Quicken 2004 on old machine isn’t starting – the splash
screen appears, then nothing happens.

This isn’t particularly an issue as use has a new machine but is
yet to move Quicken files to new machine. Basically, I’d rather
just move/import the Quicken files to the new machine than
jump through the hoops of getting it working again and
exporting… what files should I move and how do I import them
on the new machine?
