How to create a report of all Printed Documents in windows 2003

Hi
I need to create a report of all printed documents on our corporate network. We use networked printers, but I don’t know how to easily create this report. I simply need

1 – Filename printed
2 – Number of Pages Printed
3 – Computer or User using the printer

I need this log for everything printed.

Any ideas?
