How to customise Symantec Mail Security for Exchange 2003 Filtering Rule?

Hi,

My company is currently using Symantec Mail Security for Exchange 2003 to protect against my company emails(filtering, spam, virus).

There is a default rule that applies to filtering:SPAM and it states that whenever any sender that has info under their sender email(eg, info@org.com, information@ie.com) will be filtered out and send to my recipients. However I need to grant access to 2 certified emails senders that have “info” as their email address.

Could anyone pls advise how can i go about creating these rules.
