How to import a list of users to a PDL in exchange 5.5 from a .csv

Hey there people, I hope you might be able to help me.

Exchange 5.5….

I need to add +700 users to an existing PDL. The thing is, This is what I have (The issue was way bigger but after a couple of scripts and working with ms excel it went down to this) I have exported into a .csv a whole list of users and was able to filter that lsit to the 700 I need in the format that exchange has. Is there a way to import that directly into the PDL without havingto do it one by one?
