How to import address book from Exchange

Hello,

I have an Exchange 5.5 server.

I connect to Exchange using Internet Explorer 6 (POP 3).

As you know if you reply to someone then IE6 automatically adds the sender to your address book.

How can I automaticall import all the mail addresses of my local Exchnage 5.5 server to Internet Explorer 6 address book?

Is there any way option that does it automatically?
