how to password protect outlook 2000

Hi,
i want to password protect my outlook 2000 since i want only authorized people to access the outlook and see and send the data .
Also create separete identies just like in Outlook express.
I know how to do this in outlook express but not able to do the same in Outlook 2000.
Is it possible,i need this urently ..
