How to program to print comments for/next to the specified cell

Excel sheet consists of
cell a b c d e f g
1 Name SC1 sc2 sc3 sc4 sc5 sc6
2 abc x x x comment on cell c2&d2
3 zyz x x comment on cell b3
4 def x
5 xyp x comment on cell c5

How can I program to view either on another worksheet :
Name sc comments
abc sc2 on time
abc sc3 delayed
zyz sc1 not in
xyp sc2 sick

If you can also direct me to a link, or a simple macro would be helpful.
