I’m working on synching the exchange server & HP Ipaq handhelds on the network of my company. I’m just out of college so I’m a little wet behind the ears. So far I’ve used exchange books, Microsoft’s directions & some other resources to enable the ability for Mobile devices to recieve email directly from the server. I’ve also taken off the security options off the setup in Exchange Systems Manager & activated the Outlook Mobile Access Feature.
When I try setting up my IPAQ & input all the necessary info. Server name, domain, username & password. I get the error “No Microsoft Exchange Server was detected at the specific address. Click retry to check the address again, or click continue to configure your Pocket PC to syncronize with the server anyway.”
We’re running MS Exchange 2003 SP2. A search for the error or parts of the error yields very little. I’d appreciate any & all help that anyone can provide me.
