How toInstall another E2K

Dear All,
We are running E2K on Windows 2K Advanced server and using the active directory mode. Actually, I would like to install another exchange server in order to be the redundant server for the primary one. In case of any fail for the primary the secondary will take place aotumatically. So, would you please guide me for a document telling me how to do that?
