Howto Move MBX M:\ Exchange 2000

How can I move the folders and files stored on the M:\ (mapped by Exchange) to another partition.
Our M:\ does not have enough space anymore and we would like to use a bigger partition. We already move the *.edb and *.stm files but the contents of the M:\ still resides on the old partition.
Can we move the contents by copying it to another drive e.g. F:\
