HP deskjet 970Cse

i have the mentioned printer and it was working great when i first set up my cpu. then about a month ago i reformated my cpu and kept WIN ME as the OS. now when i try to install my printer i don’t have the CD with the drivers. So i go to the site and email them for drivers for a USB connected printer and they didn’t work out after many times of reloading and unloading the drivers. they then sent me a “how to” sheet of 8-9 techniques. those didn’t work. the problem was that i got the blue screeneverytime i would get done printing and had to restart my cpu. What can i do??
