HP Unix account and password policy

I have a question on the security feature of HP UNIX 11.00 as follows:

1. Does it have a passoword history feature
2. Does it have an account lock feature

If it doesn’t is there an add-on module to enbale the above features.

Can anyone xplain to me a TUN in UNIX.
