hpofxm07

I have a Hp PSC950 fax/copier/scanner. I scan in pages and then fax them. Quite often, when I want to view the fax I sent, I go to the director and click on log .. nothing happens,,,.. then I ctrl alt del and it says hpofxm07 not responding….??

wazupwidis? Is there another way to view the log?
