Hyperlink doesn’t work from Outlook 2000

Hyperlink doesn’t work from Outlook 2000. If I have a hyperlink in an email, and I click on it, it doesn’t open… IE is brought up, but the page doesn’t link. I can manually do it; just not from IE. I had the same problem like 3 years ago, but I forgot how I fixed it.
