I have a problem about mfc42.dll in icq

i have a proble when i double clicks on icq.exe(icq2000b) it’s error and in the error detail saying
that i have some problem about MFC42.dll so i tried uninstall and re install it doesnt work so i try
installing the other version (2001b,2002a) that doesnt work too.
