IBM Visual Age C++ for OS/2

I’m seeking a copy of IBM Visual Age C++ for OS/2 WarpV4.

My company is doing development work to port old IBM software to newer machines. IBM no longer sells the developer tool but will license it to us if we can find a copy. Does anyone have a media copy? Original IBM media is NOT required.
