I.E & I.E5 & I.E5.5 & I.E6

Pls, help me out with this one – Win98se / Off2k.
after boot sequence is done and unit at desktop.
when accessing I.E (and later versions) we immediately start getting multiple little debug error boxes stating:”A runtime error has occured
do you wish to debug?” we click “no” to make it go away but keeps coming a number of times. if we click another link or go on to another page the whole process starts over again. very annoying. what do I do to stop it? thanks.
