IE7 glitch

After installing IE7 I am unable to right-click and save embedded images in OE. I get the error message: missing file “mshtml.hlp”. I understand this is a common problem after upgrading to IE7. I just installed a new HDD and everything is newly installed; I didn’t have this problem previously.
Microsoft insists there’s no problem, no such file, and therefore is no help.
Can anyone tell me where to get the file? It’s in the Windows\System 32 folder, or is supposed to be. Could someone get a copy of the file and get it to me?
Thanx
