Import/Export Outlook Journal Entries

We have a client who uses the Outlook 2000 Journalling for the client contacts. They wish export the data in the Journals to an Access 2000 database. However, when they run the import from Access 2000, the Contact field and the Company Name field does not get imported. When they try a link table option to the Journal folder, again the Company field and Contacts fields do not appear.
They then tried exporting the data from the Outlook Journal itself and found that they could then have the Company field with data in it, however the Contacts Fields – even though there was a column called Contact Name is not populated.

Can anyone tell me if this is an issue with Outlook Journal or with Access 2000?
