Importing Address Book

This is a easy one. I have a user here that we recently upgraded to a different machine. However since we built her a new hard drive all of her personal settings did not transfer over. The one thing that she needs is her personal address book, and try as i might i just can’t import it into the program. Thank you for all the help in advance.
