Importing and Exporting Macros from Word XP

We are attempting to roll out a normal.dot for approx 150 users. However we don’t want them to lose any macros they have already created. We have identified how to import/export other items, eg. autocorrect, autotext, shortcut keys. One of the guys did find a way of importing/exporting the macros, however it would mean having to change a security setting on word, which would allow all macros to be run (trust access to visual basic project, turned on). Do you know of another way?
