Importing contact lists in exchange 2000

Hi

Good day

We are having exchange 2000 server, in that around 400 contact lists are there. We need to import those to another exchange 2000 servers running in a different domains. ( i.e. to copy the contact lists from one domain to another domain with out manual typing ).

We use SMTP connectors to connect multiple exchange servers ( we dont have routing groups )

This requirement is very urgent, requesting you to mail me the solution at the earliest.
