Insufficient Memory in WordXP

Hi, support!

My dilemma is this: The user has an IBM Netvista, 2.2Ghz, 256mb of Ram, 40GB of HD, that has winXP and OfficeXP. When the user is in Word and then tries to print the document, it comes up saying that it has insufficient memory. The user stated that it happens mostly when she tries to print from Word. The computer has to be rebooted 3x or 4x everyday in order to print from Word. I can try to reinstall the program or the printer driver, but I was just wondering if u knew other ways to resolve this issue.
