Insufficient memory problem

When printing a particular document from WordXP, this error message appears “There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font.”
When I copy the page which contains the map picture to a new document and try to print that document, the same error appears. She currently has about 1.7G of free space, 64Mb RAM using Win98 OS. Is a memory upgrade required?
