Insufficient rights to install…..

I have a network with a BDC at each remote location. While trying to install Netop Remote Control in one of the BDC’s, it gave the message “Insufficient right to install the Netop, log out and log n as the administrator…”. Now I’m logged in as theDomain Administrator, and I have installed this same Utility in some other servers. The question is; what could cause the error, and how do i rectify it.
