Internet Explorer 5.5

I have a dell optiplex gx1 300mhz 64mb ram I connect to MSN thru msn explorer. before was able to use Internet explorer to see websites and such. I had my content advisory enabled. Now i get an error saying that My content advisory is missing and IEdoesnt let me browse thru it I lost the password to the Content Advisory so I cant disable it. I tried reinstalling Ie 5.5 but it did the same thing.
Is there anyway I can get around this?
