Internet Explorer History

How do you set it up in Microsoft Internet Explorer to not keep track of the pages you have visited in the history (or anywhere)? I don’t want it to track pages at all. I have already went to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, and set my history to ZERO andclicked on Clear History, but it still keeps track of all the days. I don’t want it to track at all. I have had the problem where individuals using the same machine have went into the history and got into other users email without having to use a password or anything. They just got right in and read their emails. Please help.
