internet idle timer

how do i turn off internet idle timer,ive turned it off in network connections and it still pops up. Im using Walmart connect as my ISP and thats where it is.Ive tried to turn the idle timmer up to and hour but it still pops up in about 10 minutes.Im using Windows ME. I ve tried about everything i know to try.
